While listening to a subscriber's personal greeting, pressing zero should route the caller directly to the attendant. Instead, pressing zero skips the subscriber greeting to get the beep to leave a message.

Any help would be appreciated as I have been chewed out by a customer.

Thanks,

Jim

Have you done an OHV trace on it? What software release and MM service pack are you on? MSS or Exchange?

Chuck

Chuck,

Don't know how to do an OHV trace. Software release is 2.01, have not installed any service packs since the install in August 2005. We are using the MSS.

Also, this happens no matter which mailbox you try to zero out from.

Jim

Sounds like the opr schdule is set to never

Where do you find the operator schedule?

Jim

On the MAS: Start>Programs>Avaya Modular Messaging>Operational History Viewer. Check out the Backup Operator Mailbox set in the MSS and also check out the Default Receptionist Mailbox Number in the MAS.
