Hello;

I did the best due diligence I could in trying to find a solution for this, but I've hit my wall and I'm not sure where to go from here.

Is there a way for a User to zero-out (operator) AFTER reaching the VM recording? We currently have a default recording that tells them they can zero out, but this plays before the message - not after.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Yes, you tell the users to include it as part of their greeting... that's when it needs to be pressed :)

That was definitely a suggestion, only problem is everyone in the company would have to re-record their greetings.

When you are changing the way their mailbox works that is to be expected though :)

That's true, I just hope they are understanding on this. You know how Users can get.

Just an update on this. After talking with a few people on the problem I came to the conclusion there isn't a way to put the recording at the end of the greeting.

Instead we'll do as amriddle01 suggested and have the users change their greetings. Thanks again amriddle01 - star for your input.
