be sure to jump up to the downloads section and the the Acrobat Tuner so you can create an MST for your install. This will allow you to create an install package that does not place the icon on the desktop (no one needs it for reader), as well as auto accept the license agreement.
then get the msi, do this by running an install, but do not click next when prompted. just go to the temp files, find the files that got extracted out of the installer and copy them some place else. then cancel the install.
make your admin install point for the MSI and MST files.
Make a basic MSI application deployment for the application
then set visibility to none.
