Help!
I'm using ZENworks 3.2 and LAN workstations though a Windows 2000 NAT firewall. Everything works great, logons, pings, etc, except for Remote Controlling or Remote Viewing the workstations. When I try, I get a Remote Management Agent Not Found message. I have opened up port 1761 on the NAT, but it apparently isn't enough, because I still get the error message.
Does anyone else know how to make it work?
