Hi,
This is most likely due to the fact that the application u are trying to push down references a normally connected network drive. Perhaps this drive is not mapped on the machine u are trying to push it to because it is on the VPN.
Would this sound plausable?
Without more information this is all I can assume.

yes, actually it had nothing to do with VPN but with the version of Zenworks that was install on the PC. I removed it logged back in and it worked fine.
