Zenworks 4 - Messages

Hi I'm new to Zenworks 4
We are running Zenworks on Windows 2000 server - active dri.
and e-directory, dirxml.

Info I need : When on the remote admin. workstation how do I send a text message to a remote workstation when in remote view and or remote control mode.
I would appreciate any info.

I might be wrong but I don't think that there is any way to do this. How about some IM solution. We are testing IM that comes with GroupWise 6.5
