ZENworks 3.2 - Policy to run an exe

I need some expert advice! I am attempting to create a ZENworks policy which needs to run an executable from within cmd.exe to check files on a Netware 6.0 server volume on a daily basis. I am creating a scheduled action policy and unsure how to get the exe to run (just flashes up on workstation)- ie. using name, working directory and parameters. Does anybody know how to do this or is there a better way to do this?
