We are running ZFD4 and have a problem with some registry entries. The image is Windows 98 and was configured at a particular site. When we were happy that the image was finished the registry settings in HKLM\Software\Netware\Nal and HKLM\Software\Novell were cleaned up to remove references to the server and policy packages for that container, however if the image is put on a PC in a different container it always picks up the policies , (import, search and workstaion packages) of the original server. The only way to sort it is to delete them all again and reboot, PC then picks up the correct policies and imports into the correct container.

Have we missed a registry key somewhere??

When you created your image, was the workstation imported into the tree? Try un-registering the workstation from the tree before you make the image and see what happens. I'm wondering if it has held on to the registration information, and is attaching to the original workstation object.

I can't really remember if it was imported it was so long ago now, but I have a suspicion it probably was.
Thanks
