Zebra Z4M printing problems

I have a client that uses some program in VB to print labels to an Epson printer. This client decided to buy a new printer and chose the Zebra Z4M. The problem is that the program won’t print to the new Zebra printer although the data led in the printer flashes. As I have not written the program I do not have any way of modifying it. Do you know any good solution to this problem?

Most likely the printer command languages are not compatible. Your client probably needs a label printer that is compatible with their Epson unit or prehaps an HP LaserJet. If they can use HP try a search on HP PCL label printers will help.
