Hi,

I'm having some trouble with a Zebra Xi220III printer.
The media i'm printing on, is non-continuous label, two labels side by side with a small gap between them.

Now when I try to print out 2 labels, side by side, the zebra only prints on my left label, and doesn't touch the right.

I've tested by reducing the width of my labels, and then 1 1/2 label prints on the left, nothing on the right!

I've also tried printing out these labels on a HP printer on normal paper, and there it works like a charm.

Any ideas?

PS I'm using Codesoft 6 to create and print the labels

Depends what software you're using.

Some programs can just take a form
number and will do it automatically.

Check to see if the software you are
using will support a "2-up" format,
and check to see if it sends one label
at a time, in spite of 2-up setting.

Are you using Zebra driver or MS?

Good Luck
