Hi,

We use a Zebra TLP 2844 for bar code printing with our retail management system. We created a custom template for the bar code which has worked fine until now.

For some reason, the first label prints perfectly. Thereafter, the labels print over multiple lables. I.e half the bar code on the 2nd label and the other half of 3rd. It seems as if it may have something to do with the settings controlling the label pull back. I.e. When it prints on the first lable, it sends the label out and then sucks back the paper by a small bit for the next print job.

Does anyone know how to troubleshoot this? Nothing has changed with the template settings. It appears to be something to do with the printer itself.

Thanks,

Julian

Can you post the information that's on the configuration label. I'd want to see what Q setting is and also the JB/JF setting.

Mark

Where will I find Q setting and JB/JF setting, I am using Datamax E4203 printer.
