Zebra S4M and 3" x 1" Labels Problem

Hi really hope somebody can help, im not able to calibrate the printer, i've tried different ways to do it, but when i try to print it prits ok in the first label but then jumps like 3 labels more.

the setings i have are
Media Tye: GAP NOCH
Sensor Select: Reflective

when i go into settings and i hit Calibrate, it tries to calibrate and everything seems to be fine, but it just doesnt work.

Everything works fine with bigger labels

please help!!

So after you calibrate it, when you press the feed button multiple times it works correctly? Is your program overruning the print area or resetting the size?
