Zebra or Intermec?

Hi,

i must say that my Englisch is not very perfect, but I hope I can explain what my problem is.

I have the following situation:
- a lot of MS Word Models (that I don't can change) and on this Models I become 2 bar codes:
- one it is in Barcode 39
- and the other in Barcode 128

I show arround in the internet for solutions and I found 2 printers:
- Zebra TLP-3844 (300dpi)
-Intermec PF8t (300dpi)

Now the problem is:
-I'm not the only that must print this labels
(other People is only PC-User and don't understand a lot of Computer language)
- it has the possibility that one of the printers has a plugin for MS-Word and so I can only made a model and all can use it?
- other problem is i need a label with the great of 21mmX70mm (Zebra has a label with 21mmX76mmm and this is good, but I don't fount labels great for the PF8)

Cann someone help me?

Search WASP barcode software, it integrates with MS office and you can print from a regular Laser printer using "Avery" ( brand name) type labels on 8/12 x 11 paper
