Zebra 220 XiIII installation problems

Hi

I have a Zebra 220 XiIII printer installed. It has an IP Adress and is connected correctly to the network.

But when I want to add a port for it, it doesn't show up in the list with available ports...

Even more: when I ping to the IP adress, my request is timed out!

Any ideas on the cause of this?

You may also need a sub net mask. default is 255.255.255.0

You didnt mention your OS but if XP or 2K, go to Create a Port, Standard TCP/IP Port. (On details page of printer properties.
If 9x, you will need a redirector, prob provided by the manuf.
