one of our users is having the following problem with ZABO: We are using NT authentication when logging into WebI. Everything was working fine until the user changed his Windows NT password(old password expired). Since then whenever the user edits a full client document in WebI, the ZABO is invoked but gives an error "your login is invalid". This should not be a problem because in Supervisor we create the user with same userame as the NT login without worrying about the password. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

This can be caused a number of different ways. Got to have some details please:

Are you using challenge/response or basic authentication?

What is the client's OS?

Have you had the user try another machine?

Have you deleted the old .lsi files from loc data on the client machine?

Are you using a CSS or dns round robin with multiple cluster managers?
