Z2 can remote execute, chat, transfer files but not remote control

I'm a babe in the woods and Zen is all around but. I can't remote control or remote view a W98/Zenclient workstation. Workstation manager is installed. In fact i even reinstalled with no change. Zen is In but I'm running thin of gray matter or something. I'm attrmpting to remote control and view from from a like-configured WOS as well. ENV=NW5.0/IP, same segment, same container same result going either way. Do I have to have NT40WOS or server to do this? <br>

There is a Novell TID about this.(dunno the #)<br>solution revolved around a bug of how the RC agent was being loaded.<br><br>

KO is right. You have to get a new version of the ZenRC.exe for it to work correctly. Replace that and you should be on your way.
