Z-Modem file xfer is limited to 9KB OpenServer 5.0.5a

When connecting Z-Modem at 38000 (o) settings with 16550 uuart and good connection, downloading file tranfers are limited to 9KB while uploads are not impaired. No indications of other problems. Any suggestions. W.P.Smith
