Hello peeps,

I have a drop down menu, I have placed just below it a select list, i've tried playing with the z-index but cannot seem to get the menu to drop over the select list.

screen shot here...

How can I resolve this problem?

Thanks, 1DMF

Is this internet explorer your seeing this in?

If so, give up & rethink the design... I'm sure you can find more links like this:

It will be fixed in IE7...

Is your menu flash... that might also may a difference.

We need more details!

damn it! yup I.E. and no fix!

redesign me thinks, which ios a pain as a simple select list with 'onchange' event works great.

I'll just have to either move them or use another type of select menu, what a pain!

thanks for the heads up :)

Thanks Vragabond, only it doesn't fix my problem, it means completely re-writing my drop down menus and using the sucker fish menu. If i'm going to have to re-write a menu, it might as well be one to use instead of the select list, rather than re-write something which is already live, working and in place!
