YTD calculation performance in Reportnet

Hello,

Would any of you know if there are any performance issues with the using of YTD calculation in Reporting in Reportnet, or would it be better to use the calculation for the same in the database. We are in the process of finalizing the database design, so I thought it wld be better to inclu the same at this stage itself. Any thoughts on this ? - Thanks
