YSE Security Permissions

Hi - I am running Micolab 8.0, MiVB V8.0 SP3 and MICC v8 (YSE 8.1.4)

When I create a new ACD Agent I use a template set up in Micolab that assigns the COS/COR, Department etc and all works fine between the systems, however when I find this new agent in YSE they are always given an Enterprise Admin security role which I need to then manually change to Agent Role - Any ideas if this is something I can change- I cant see anything in the Micollab Templates for this ?

In YSE if you go to 'Configuration' in the ribbon bar (top tabs) there is defaults for security role and site.

Change it to the Agent Role and new agents should be given that role.
