YSE - Schedule Condition Designer

I am having trouble setting up times and dates in the Schedule Condition Designer. Office hours i am trying to import are Monday 8am-5pm
Tues, Wed, Thurs - 9am - 5pm
Friday - 9am - 4pm

But i cant get it to work. Any ideas?

Did you enter the time in 24hours format
and you want to schedule the time in vm time or in the system program services.

Time is set to 24 hours
Schedule is created in your site explorer and add in the different time conditions mention in my post, but it doesnt close or open when it should
