Hi,

Currently i'm working on a multisite project with CCM.
To configure the CCC on the agents PC's and for realtime monitoring etc. i need to create employees in YourSite because if you program a agent in the 3300 or in YourSite it doesn't create a employee record.

I noticed the option to import a .csv file in YourSite. Any id where i can get those importsheets?

What version of CCM are you using?

As you could use your mitai sync from the CCM to the 3300, which will pull all the data across.

Although I dont think it will create the employees, this will still need to be done.

running version 5.5
Sync is working but doesn't create employees for the ACD-agents because Employees can not be created in 3300.

To do it manually will take some time with 300 Agents :(

Is there an option to export? Thats what I use on the 3300 to get a form that will always be accepted on import.

Thats what i was wondering about there's only a option for import a .csv file but i found another way around it via the CCC you can import users/agents and before you import them there is a checkbox: 'Create Employee for each agent'

So this option will create a employee for each imported agent.

This is directly from the CCM-ICC Installation Notes
SPECIALLY POINT #6!!!

1. Launch the Contact Centre Client.
2. View the Administration toolbar and click Management.
3. On the Management Console main menu, click Configuration.
4. Click Import configuration data.
5. Click File and Browse to the file containing the exported data.
6. Under Assignment form options - select Create an employee for each agent.
Under Telephone directory options – select Do not create any extensions or
agents at this time.
7. Click Next.
8. Follow the steps outlined in the Quick Configuration Wizard to import the
configuration data.
9. When you click YourSite=>Configuration, you will see queues, agents, agent
groups, trunks, trunk groups, extensions, and the telephone directory configured.

I have been told by Mitel that the CCM csv inport is for future versions.
