We have a Customer with 4 x 3300 ICP's connected to a Central CCM Server. On YSE we can connect successfully to 3 ICP's but 1 is failing.
I can ping and telnet to the ICP and can browse to it from the CCM Server but when I test the connection in YSE it fails. The Logs on the ICP show no attempt to connect using the ccm login. I have searched for a list of ports the CCM uses but cant find one.
Does anyone have the info or any idea what I need to check on the Customers Network.
Thanks

In the control panel you will find Mixml application, double click it to open and it will show you the port its set up to use, probably 18000, To fault find you will need the Mixml test tool, search google and it will take you to the KB article on PF website for fault finding Mixml issues.

If its worked before more than likely you will need to reboot 3300.
Theres plenty more too it but this will start you off.

Thanks - have rebooted the CCM and ICP and can connect but it only lasts for few days.
Also when the connectio is ok I stll get the Alarm on the CCC saying the Media Server is offline.
The Mixml application is using port 18000 so I will try the test tool but the CCM doesnt have internet access and I am 800 miles away from it.

Ok we have run the remote setup on the CCM Node and it came up with a different Computer Name so we used this in the Media Server Profile which fixed the login issue, but now we get Mitai Link is down and no SMDR/Real Time messages are hitting the CCM Server.
Anyone have any idea what I need to change on the CCM Node or the CCM Server to get the link up. I have rebooted the Node, the ICP and the CCM Server but still get the error.;
Thanks
