Your opinion is needed on phone look up providers

I need to purchase a person locator and phone number look up subscription. Most info is free but the details I need is always offered but you need a paid subscription. Do any of you use these locators and which one would you recommend

I do my reverse lookups on

and some other stuff. That is free. I have used

http://www.intelius.com

for paid stuff, but that is pretty few and far between.
