Your message was delivered to the recipient - How to disable 2

Greetings,

I have an outlook user who gets this message on his inbox (Your message was delivered to the recipient) with an attachement ATT124525.TXT.
How can I disable this option? Is this a setting in outlook or in exchange? I looked his outllok but nothing is checked.

Yeap..Just one user.

Tools>Options>Preferences>Email Options>Tracking Options. Uncheck the appropriate box.
