I'm coming fron Nortel and have very little experience with CallManager or Unity so please forgive my ignorance.
Some of the email notifications our users receive from Unity will display "CVP_8_5_1_0_0_0_312" (which I guess is the version of the system) instead of the caller name or CLID info. This seems to come from voice messages that are left in mailboxes fed by voice menus or call center applications.
Is there a way to change this so it displays the caller's name or CLID info? The users recieving these emails don't understand what CVP_8_5_1_0_0_0_312 means.
