Ok here's the deal....but I must warn you...it's a werid one.
The Framework....
2 load balanced servers
Citrix MF 1.8 (one has SP2 one has SP3)
WTS 4.0 SP6
1 published app. (explicit)
Users are granted "access" to this app via an NT Domain user group.
By default, when new domain users are created they have "WTS Access".
The Problem....
John Doe logs in the domain from his desktop, he then launches the published app (from one of the 2 servers in question) he is prompted to login again (domain) and does so successfully. John stays in the app for a while and then logs out of the published app. Later John launches the same published app again. This time he gets the error message "Your interactive logon privilege has been disabled.". And sure enough it was disabled (We have to check the allow WTS Access box again). But how and why is this happening? It happens randomly. There is ZERO consistency. It is not like EVERY user that connects to this app has this problem. And only a few admins in our company have the ability to enable\disable these settings. PLUS...we have approx 100 other Citrix servers running other published app and so far (we think, we hope) these are the only 2 exhibiting this problem.
Any ideas?
