Situation:

Call the system on CDN 1000. Gives back ring tone, but not standard ring tone. Trace the call and this is what it gives:

ACTIVE TN 014 0 00 00
ORIG 014 0 00 00 1 SCR MARP 0 2100 3903
TERM NONE
TDTN 0 SLOT 10 PTY SLOT 10
DIAL DN 1000
MAIN_PM ACD AUX_PM ACD_WAITING_HI
TALKSLOT NONE
EES_DATA:
NONE
QUEU ACD
CALL ID 0 849

Almost like the call is in queue. Call the ACD and the phone rings and traces busy to the port, but of course, no answer.

STRANGE - STRANGE - STRANGE

The Call Pilot gives every indication that the system is up, as does the PBX, but the two don't want to connect.

Any assistance please reply here or to janaya1@satx.rr.com

Thanks

John

what it DN 1000?

Is the CDN assigned in call pilot services directory?

Yes. No simple resolution. Reboot the server, AFTER, running the config wizard. This will clean the voice cards and make them all active again. Quick and easy, but did not know until a call was made to ETAS.

Write this one down.
