Whats everyone use to monitor CPU and vid card temp?

I use CoreTemp for the CPU and my graphics card's utility software (ATI Catalyst Control Center or nVidia Control Panel) for the GPU.

Don't forget about the highly-regarded SpeedFan, although I don't believe it has vidcard compatibility, that would probably have to come from the card vendor.
