So i have gotten YA to work internally and also teleworker mode but i cant seem to get Collaboration mode to work via teleworker mode ... ive done numerous things like port forwading, with the public ip of the teleworker..

i have traced a few logs cant seem to find out why i cant get the collab to work over the teleworker mode..

i did notice though when i want to customize a web conference it shows the LOCAL hostname of the Ya server and not the public (such as the Teleworker static ip) to start the conferecnce

eeeeek stuck on that ..

thanks

I believe that this is a known issue and is resolved in 4.0.1.

actually we have just upgraded like 2 or 3 weeks ago unless there is another upgrade on this version..

currently i have my static the static of my office routing through port 67000

if i use the YACC.EXE it goes through when i manually type in the and says connected but when i run the start web conf now from the YA client it doesnt seem to go through..

but also i dont know if this could be an issue my licensing for the ya collab says 5 if i have 1 user it works but the 2nd one says licences excedded..

thanks ;)

Check to see if the version is 4.0.1, I wouldn't be surprised if you where running 4.0.0.

Have you assigned all 5 licenses to the collaboration server?

the version i have is YourAssistant_4.0.0.41

and i even tried to find a upgraded version on MOL but cant find it their latest is YourAssistant_4.0.0.41

and the date for that release is august 07

and yes i have assigned all 5 licences in the collab server

You may have to request 4.0.1 from Mitel support.

For your license issue:
On the Collab server admin page, do you have System ->Web Service -> HTTP POST Allowed Senders IP Addresses set to the IP of the YA Server?

You can change how the address of the Collaborations are viewed by changing the HTTP POST Address to the external IP of the Collab Server under System ->Web Service on the Collab server admin page.
