If you deployed Mobile extension, release 1.6 or 1.7 have a client for windows mobile 6 phones ( with a data plan ). Not all phones supported check the web site.
If your phones supports SIP then the newest Teleworker software called Multi protocol border gateway, suppports SIP clients as teleworker phones. You would need Wifi access for the SIP.
