The company I work for has a Your Assistant server (v. 3.2.0.71) that is setup and working - for the most part.
I have it setup to use the Mitel 3300 Synchronizer to update the Corporate Contacts information and have checked the YA server logs to ensure the software can log in to the individual 3300s - which it can.
I may also mention that we are using Ops/Ent Manager which may or may not have an effect on this particular issue.
Is there maybe a file on the individual PC that can be deleted to force an update? I would think that the Your Assistant software would check each time it is started on the PC to ensure it has the most recent list but it doesn't appear to be working as it should if it is supposed to.
