Your Assistant - call windows

Hi.

I have a installation with 5 YA premium users, 1 of the sets can not initiate a outgoing call. the YA wont open the new dail windows when call is pressed. reinstall is tested but not helping, same problem.

this installation is on a MS vista computer. and the system is 3300 ICP with latest sw relese.

any good idees?

what version of YA are you running. I know Vista was not supported until version 5. Its probably something related to that PC. IF you want to make sure that YA have been removed, search the pc for any folders containing the name NewHeights and remove those before reinstalling.
