Your Assistant 4 wave.exe crashes during calls

We have recently upgraded to YA4 which was supposed to fix a vast number of issues in YA3.3.

Now we have the problem on numerous machines that wave.exe crashes mid-call, cutting off the voice. The user then has to restart YA to resolve the problem.

Has anyone seen this before?

Can you expand on the crash details? Does it report a certain module? What is the description of the crash in your Event Viewer?
