I installed sp3 for windows 2000 SBS edition. With it came Outlook 2002, it installed itself as a client app - ready to install on to all the client machines. OK so far but after the client installation/update I get
"You have not entered a valid product key..."

Microsoft recognises this being a problem due to using different versions ie Office XP version of Outlook with Windows 2000 SBS product keys.

Their fix is to use the product key that came with the updated version of Outlook.

Great but none of the product keys works.

Now I have 20 users whose pc's were automatically updated to Outlook 2002 via the login script and who cannot start Outlook as none of the product keys work.

Anyone got any ideas.
