You have mail - or have I

One of my users is complaining that she no longer gets the 'You have Mail' popping up on her Desktop. She has to keep pressing F9. She has all the preferences set. Any ideas. It just stopped working - so she says!

managed to sort this one out.

had to edit Notes.ini and reset the NewmailSeqNum parameter - everything ok now
