Hi all!!

A have a problem with micros res 3700 version 4.9
I don't have access to: "Time and attendance, Jobs, overtime levels"
I think I have all privileges but I still can't access that.
I also called my Micros provider a few weeks ago but they have not fix the problem....

how can i fix it?
Can i fix it from the Sybase central? which dababase table?
Please help me I really need to get access to that funtions

Are you the owner or GM? Micros help desk has not passwords and the districts are really no supposed to have them either. But that is your best bet other than someone on site with more privilege than you giving them to you.
