Hi All I have recently installed a second Exchange server and moved over a few email accounts to test it out.

If I send as myself then I have no issues but today I tried to send and email from the "support" email account which is a shared email box viewed as an additional email account in outlook and recieved the following error message.

Any ideas why this is happening.

cheers

HI,

Could we have a little more info about your setup.

What versions of exchange are you running?

Did this work before you moved the mailbox?

Have you enable 'send as' permisions on the mail?

thanks

Hi using Exchange 2003 standard.

Used to work fine on the single exchange server.

Have re set up the send as permissons on the account as those didnt copy across and have set up the smtp relay configuration.
