HI,

Recently we changed our internet rounter and connected it to the office network (Switch) it is has a default IP address as 10.10.10.1. our database server (SQL Server) IP address is 202.51.132.6, now when we try to run ACCPAC it is giving error that "You do not have License to use this product'. All our clienst have IP Address as 202.51.132.XX.
I am able to map to the Databse Server.

Plese help.

Before your post I deleted it on one of the client pc and now ACCPAC is not working. How can I correct it on other clients.

Make sure the folder that's listed in the key is the correct one, i.e., it has the LIC files, and users have full permissions.

There is no foder listed for lic. files.

Hello Guys , i get the same error message but this occurred when i installed accpac on our new server because the old one was unreliable. everthing runs well on the new server but when i mapped one workstation(for testing) to the new server, i get the license error message. without wanting to complicate issues i mapped that workstation back to the old server and it worked well. please can someone advice me on how to go about this transition from the old server to the new one?
