You cannot run Day End Processing until other users have completed day

Hi,

1. Running 55A
2. No one is in Accpac besides me the Administrator trying to run Accpac day end . Seems like something has locked the day end run, but not sure what it is. The only error message l get after some time is "You cannot run Day End Processing until other users have completed day end processing or created G/L batches."

If there is anyone who can assist l would really appreciate it.

l managed to come fine. There was a batch in AP Payments with status of Check Creation In Progress and had locked everything. Was difficult to realize that .
