You are Not Authorized to perform that operation in Domino 6.5

I upgraded from a Domino 4.66 to 6.5 and I'm part of the Notes Admin group. Whenever I tried accessing a user DB or trying to manage the ACL via the Domino Administrator, I get the dreaded "You are not authorized to perform that operation". The other problem I encountered is also unpleasant, I'm "unable to create a new user" from the Domino Administrator. I'm able to perform other functions, like editing the company directory db and function within Domino Admin. Not sure where else I may have missed in checking the ACL to gain access to the users DB?
In a nutshell, I currently have 3 ND6.5 servers and another server that's not yet converted to an ND6.5 yet.

Hello,

You can open your NAB (names.nsf) from your server and edit the server document. From the Security tab, there are several Admin fields that set permission accordingly. I would check these fields and modify accordingly. Hope this helps.
