Hi again,

Thanks to all those good people who help dummys like me!!!

1. What I am trying to do now - is multiple highlight my fields in a section and change the font property for all the fields in one big hit.

2. Also, I don't want such big line gaps in my repeating detail section - is there a setting to do this ( I am looking for something similar to MS word (half-line, double spacing etc), or do I need to play about with the line settings in design view.

Thanks again

1. There is no universal font change to fields...each one must be set via formula in the conditional change part for that formula....now you can drag several fields with a mouse to rope them together and apply a format change to all at once but this is in design mode (Click & drag your mouse to rope the fields, right click and select format and all changes you make will apply to these fields)

2. the reason for line gaps in the details is because sme sections have no values for whatever reason....in the section expert enable "suppress blank section". Failing that then you have assigned too much space at the bottom of the detail section so tighten up the lower border.
