yet another qmail behind NAT:i can receive , but can't send - plz help

HI,

I need help . below is my network .

--- 202.x.x.x -- linux NAT server --- 10.0.0.x lan

i installed qmail , it can receive mails from other internet servers like yahoo!! etc.When ever i tried to send mail , iam getting error message in log file

**** My dns is working fine , dig commadn working fine.
but y above error is comming ? is there any special work
to do to run qmail behind nat ???

You are running into a bug/contraint that the DNS response from the foreign domain cannot exceed 512 chars.... I am lead to believe that this patch
