Yet another CCC reporting error

Having an issue with CCC when genereating reports, Fields are populated ok, when report is run we get: instruction at "memoryaddress" could not be written and the ccc reporter service stops.
Have reloaded everything multiple times with the exception of the OS with no results.
Any idea's
