Customer informs me they cant view real-time data or view reports. I get on site all checks ok. I take a look for any new patches and find Reporting for call center 2.45. Take a look at release notes and its for customers having issues after installing .net framework 3.5 sp1. So I take a gander on server pc in add/remove programs and sure enough it was installed. So I download patch follow instructions all goes well with installation but still having same problems as well as now server wont connect to CP. I just love nortel patches.
Running callpilot 150 Ver. 31.10.31.22 and latest updates for RCC and server. I havent installed the newest CP version 31.10.35.22 due to the fact that there is nothing in the release that relates to call center. I am on site and have call in with nortel but you know how long that can take and I really want to get this fixed.
