Yet Another BUG Question

Sorry for this folks, but the company won't pay for Exterminator and I am fed up with getting BUG1369 error messages in my nightly log. I might consider purchasing the program myself, but in the meantime I am trying to figure out how to manually decode the message. I have enclosed two examles of the BUGs my Opt. 81C is generating:

Now, I understand I need to go into LD 32 and use the CONV command, but this is where I get lost. Nothing I enter comes out right.

CONV 00000036 00000054 Produces NPRs

CONV 52 82 Produces more NPRs


What should I be entering to CONV the Hex to a usable TN?

IT'S GOT TO DO WITH LOOP # OUT OF RANGE, MOST LIKELY LOOP 36, DO YOU HAVE A T1 ON THAT LOOP OLD ROLMEN WORKING ON NORTELS

Yes, we do have a Loop 36. But how is it "Out of Range"? Out of Range or what?

THE ERROR READS AS FOLLOWS(LOOP # OUT-OF-RANGE IN BCH_TO_TN)
ITS GOT TO DO WITH THE DCH INFO ON THAT LOOP, THATS ABOUT ALL I GET OUT OF IT. OLD ROLMEN WORKING ON NORTELS
