Hi guys
I am trying to create a parameter query that takes it values from a form eg in the criteria field ([Forms]![NW1]![Tover]) and so on for all the fields of the table. However, if no YES/NO has been entered for that field in the form I would like the query to include all the values automatically. Unfortuntaley my query seems to look for YES values in all fields automatically. Has anyone any ideas?

Many thanks

Does the control on the form have a default value set?

Thanks for replying. Yes it does. Its a list box with ;No;Yes. The blank value is the default.
