I have another question about Yes/No boxes. I have a form that has Yes/No check boxes that then populate my table and then I can run a report that prints out "Yes" and "No". For some reason, everything works except that when I check the "Yes" box on the form, it doesnt show a check mark. Whats up with that??

If you click it a second time does the box accept a checkmark? Look at the Triple State property for the box and make sure it is set to No.

I dont see a property called Triple State. Double clicking the box does not help.

Check boxes have a triple state property listed on the All tab of the properties box. Do you have a check box for No and a Check box for Yes or are you using one checkbox for Yes and No? Maybe a little more info will help.

Paul

I think they are seperate boxes. I see where the All tab of the properties box is, but I still dont see anything that says Triple state. The properties for the no and yes seem to be the same and it was working before. I had problems getting it to print the words "yes" and "no" instead of a value on my report and then someone helped me fix that. I think somewhere along the way that may be what messed this up. Does this help any?? <:)

The problem you have now is on a Form and your original problem was on a Report? Yes/No? It doesn't make a lot of sense to me at this point. When you open the properties box does it say
Check Box: NameofCheckBox

or does it say something else.
