Just a question...does anyone wants a Minister's job?

Did "Yes Minister" or "Yes Prime Minister" ever make it outside the UK?

The quotes are good, but when delivered by Nigel Hawthorne, then they become brilliant. And still as accurate!

BTW, Ken - have you seen this? Alan B'Stard is back!!! A different style of political satire, but another good'un.

It did make Ireland, and I believe I've seen references to it on BBC America

It did make it to Australia, where it is almost as relevant as it is in the UK.

Excellent news, Rosie!

As far as I know there was an Indian version made in in 2001 or so.

Hi,
It was also run on PBS in the US ( and is often rerun by local PBS affiliates during fund raising periods)

seen it in canada, but not for a while. my dad thought it "very witty". there are times when i thought it hilarious, and others, just too drawn out.
