Years of service as of a Future Date

After a grueling time of hastily coming up with a report for years of service award milestones (10,15,20,25,30 and 35 yrs of service)I would like to run projections for this year nad next year to get a head start. I used the "age" formula to get years of service but need to add the future date.

HELP!

For each service award make a formula:

5 years
If Dateadd(,"y",5,{Hiredate}) in Date(2001,1,1) to Date(2003,12,31) then 1 else 0

Then sum those formulas to see how many of each award will be due during the timeframe in question.

I have just found this forum and have been looking for an age formula, you stated at the beginning that is what you based your years service on.This could be just what I need? I also have to create a years service reports so you enquiry has help there too.
